Case Erecting

To speed this manual process up we have the Starbox which is pneumatically driven and will close all 4 base flaps when placing the erected carton on top it. The carton can now be slid over a base taping unit on its way to be packed. Once packed it can be moved to go under a top taping unit to be sealed and dispatched.

For larger runs of assembling cartons we have the automatic Superbox which will erect cartons from the flat form, close the base flaps, tape them as well then pass the erected and base sealed carton onto the conveyor belt for filling.

Available in 3 sizes 544, 545 and 645.
